- Payment information: Payment amounts, payment type (deposit or full payment), and transaction references. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers
- Communications: Information contained in emails, messages, or phone calls with our team
Photography & event-related information
- Photographs & video: Images and likenesses of event guests and hosts captured during photography sessions
- QR gallery access: Information associated with guest photo retrieval, which may include access logs or identifiers used to deliver images through our event gallery systems

- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and general usage data when you visit our website

4. Photography, Guest Images & Consent
Our services involve photographing individuals at events. By participating in the portrait area at an event, guests consent to being photographed and to the use of their images as described in our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
Event hosts are responsible for notifying attendees that professional photography is taking place. If you do not wish to be photographed, please avoid the photography area.
Guests and clients may request removal of specific images from our online event gallery or public marketing use by contacting us at book@myeventportraits.com within fourteen (14) days of the event. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor verified requests, subject to technical and backup limitations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business, such as payment processors (Stripe), email delivery providers, website hosting, and photo hosting or delivery platforms. - Event hosts & guests: Event photographs may be made available to the event host and participating guests through QR code galleries or other delivery methods authorized for the event
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyEventPortraits, our clients, guests, or others
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections
6. Payment Processing
Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment card information according to its own privacy policy. We receive limited payment information from Stripe, such as confirmation of payment, transaction identifiers, and amounts paid, which we use to fulfill bookings and maintain records.
